Here you'll find answers to our most frequently asked questions.

• Where is your office?

  We are located at 2228 East Superior Street in Duluth. Clients can park right on Superior Street. The parking area on the east side of the building is reserved and not available.

• What are your hours?

  We usually meet with clients between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. We are also able to make arrangements for early morning or late afternoon appointments when needed.

• How do I pay?

  The vast majority of our clients pay with a credit card via the link on our website. It is located on the home page and will take you to PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

• What if I cannot use the front stairs?

  We are happy to accommodate you.
  If we need an in-person meeting, we will arrange for a location that is handicap accessible. We can also come to you if needed.

• What do you charge?

  For most client matters we will quote you a flat fee for the work we are going to provide. This way there will be no surprises when you pay the bill.

• Who are the people in your office?

  The Spott Law Office is owned and operated by attorneys Patrick Spott and Kay Biga. They are assisted by paralegals Annagrace Norr and Emma Chehock.
