Biga Serves as Past District Governor for Rotary

Kay Biga continues her efforts to promote Women in Rotary. She recently spoke at Rotary events in The Villages, Florida, Tempe, Arizona, and Waconia, Minnesota on the subject of how to attract and retain women members.
